University of the West does not discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, color, national origin or citizenship, religion, gender or gender expression and identity, sex, sexual orientation, disability, economic status, or age in the educational programs or activities it conducts.
Such programs and activities include but are not limited to admission, academic and non-academic programs, and employment.
