Housing Contract Process

UWest does our best to provide on-campus housing in our residence halls to all eligible students who apply.

Please submit your housing application after you have been admitted to the university and submitted your Intent to Enroll to the Office of Admissions.

The housing application is submitted via an online form. Please contact housing@uwest.edu to receive the link and begin the application process.

IMPORTANT DATES & DEADLINE

Fall Housing Application Deadline: July 1
Spring Housing Application Deadline: December 1
Residence Hall Opens for Fall 2023: August 11
Residence Hall Opens for Spring 2024: January 12

Submit your Housing Application as soon as possible to secure a space in the residence halls. You will be notified of your room assignment by early August.

We must receive your completed Housing Application to secure your space.
*Housing Applications received after the due date will be accepted if space is available.

Are you under 18?  If so, your parent or guardian signature will need to sign the online application as well.

Once you submit the housing application, it is a legally binding contract for the entire semester.  Early cancellations are rarely permitted.

You will be billed the $50.00 Housing Application Fee account when we receive your Housing Application. We will send you instructions on paying the fee. Housing Applications will not be fully processed until the housing application fee is paid.
