Pi-Hsia Hsiao graduated from the National Taipei College of Business and the National Cheng Chi University (Taiwan). She has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Fo Guang Shan, and Director of General Services in Pumen High School.

Currently, she serves on the Board of Trustees for Nan Hua University (Taiwan), and University of the West (USA).
