Henry Chen received his B.A. in Management from National Chengchi University, Taiwan. Mr. Chen acquired MBA degree in 1970 from State University of California and acquired MBA. He has been an entrepreneur and founded many companies since 1975. Currently he is still actively managing all the companies.
